- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 Packet instant yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup milk
- 200g Melted butter
- 200g room temp butter, cinnamon powder, all-spice, brown sugar, 1 cup of sultanas
How I did it Video:
Form your dough and let rise for 1 hour, covered in a warm spot.
Roll your risen dough out flat
Spread your Cinnamon butter spread all over you rolled out dough and sprinkle over 1 cup of sultanas evenly. Roll this long side in until you form a cylinder with the filling swirled in the middle:
Cut your cylinder into 2 inch thick pieces which will form you scrolls.
Place your scrolls on a baking tray and let rise again for 30 minutes
Bake @180 C for 30 minutes
Really soft and lovely served warm
