We had friends over for dinner and I made too much steamed vegetables.
Make a quiche with your left over cooked vegetables.



Egg mixture: 6 whole eggs, 100g cream, 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together, pour over vegetables in crust, make sure it’s even.
You can use any vegetables you have. Focus on eating what is in season and what is on sale for the cheapest price.
Bake your quiche for 45 minutes @ 180 C fan forced.
Top with grated cheese.
