Caribbean Butter Flaps or Coco Bread

This bread is popular Caribbean-wide, Jamaicans call it coco bread because sometimes it’s made with coconut milk and grated coconut. You can replace coconut milk with any other milk to make this bread and just call it a butter flap. This bread was a scarce treat as my mom and aunts don’t like butter.
