Tasty tip Tuesday! Make a quiche with left over vegetables
We had friends over for dinner and I made too much steamed vegetables. Make a quiche with your left over cooked vegetables. Egg mixture: 6 whole eggs, 100g cream, 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together, pour over vegetables in crust, make sure it’s even.
